Buyer purchased the wattmeter six weeks before he left this negative feedback. He never attempted to contact me or let me know about a problem. The wattmeter was working had a 30 day postage paid return policy that he did not use. Even past the 30 day window I would have worked with him to make this right. I would have resolved his problem if it was some sort of user error or would have refunded his payment if only he would have contacted me.
