The tool works alright, but I don't have confidence that another tool would arrive in decent condition, so will unlikely be buying from this seller again. That's too bad, they have decent prices on good gear.

My item comes in its original box that they put inside another box however the box they put it in was not the right size it was sideways to fit. They did include bubble to try and protect it but the box came smashed. Not the sellers fault but my item was very fragile so more padding and a more suitable size box could have been useful. However everything was brand new and just as described and my item itself was unharmed. great for the price!

The coffee maker was in perfect condition, with no signs of damage, all components were included, functional and received right on time. My first cup of coffee made me realize how tired my older model was. Overall, it's a quality product bought at a reduced price. I’m very happy with my purchase and the service from the seller.
