I Contact the seller and although it was a missunderstanding between us (he wrongly believed that my questions for item programming or not was to check with alternative seller) he accept the item to be returned and refund without delay. Saddly he advised that he does not want to sell anymore to me because of the missundrstanding but at least he has honest enough to inform me which I appreciate.
