    I paid import costs at the checkout, but then had to pay €24 more afterwards. They did not refund this and did not take responsibility for this problem. When the package arrived, the box was heavily damaged, and again, they took 0 responsibility for some kind of refund. The seller has great products, but this doesn’t compensate at all with the very bad customer service!

    That you had to pay import charges had NOTHING to do with us. Sorry it happened but we did everything right. Then you just started making loads of new complaints and tried to make a huge deal of a broken case which can be easily replaced. We offered you a £2 refund but no deal, you just screamed are we joking?. We packed it well in a box and you didn't even show the packaging so you probably broke the box yourself just to try to extort an unrealistic amount of money out of us. Never again!
