The Jacket arrived as described, packaged in a Clear Storage Vinyl Bag, that was shipped in a Heavy-Duty Poly Shipping Bag. It arrived this morning, Nov. 3 @ 10am. The price of the Jacket and shipping was a good Value. Other than slow in shipping, I even had to send a msg to inquire when they were going to be ship it. It was a good transaction.
