Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente che Lei invii la comunicazione relativa all’esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso.

Effetti del recesso: Se si recede dal presente contratto, saranno rimborsati tutti i pagamenti che ha effettuato a nostro favore,(PREVIO RESTITUZIONE DELL’OGGETTO IN QUESTIONE )Tranne i costi di spedizione di consegna e restituzione, senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui siamo stati informati della decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.

Detti rimborsi saranno effettuati utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da Lei usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che Lei non abbia espressamente convenuto altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrà sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.

C. Sono esclusi dal diritto di recesso gli ordinativi (spedizione esclusa) di importo inferiore a €25,82.

In caso di restituzione:

1. Le spese di restituzione sono a carico del cliente.

2. Il prodotto, gli imballi ed il contenuto della scatola devono essere riconsegnati come nuovi, integri e non scondizionati.

3. Il prodotto non deve essere stato utilizzato ma solo visionato.

4. Se il prodotto viene riconsegnato non rispettando i punti 2 e 3 verrà rimborsato in misura parziale a nostro insindacabile giudizio in base alle condizioni di usura del prodotto, degli imballi e del contenuto della scatola.
