Delivery of Orders:

Standard free delivery is 2nd Class Royal Mail unrecorded. We aim to dispatch orders received before 2pm on the same day, however, this cannot always be guaranteed. Express Delivery is offered on most of our items. Express delivery will either be sent via 24 hour courier or Royal Mail 24, depending on which will be the quicker service. Please Note: Scottish Highlands,Islands, Off-shore Islands & Northern Island will always be sent using Royal Mail 24 method if express delivery is chosen. Whilst we endeavor to ensure receipt of your goods in a timely manner, we will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by Royal Mail or a third party carrier.

Returns: Should an item prove to be faulty, and is returned complete with all its packaging within 30 days of receipt, we will issue a replacement item if possible or a full refund. Unwanted items can be rturned within 14 days of date of receipt and must be unopened, seals intact and contain all accessories and original packaging. Certain items are deemed to be non-returnable for hygiene reasons so please contact us before making a return. Cost of postage for trurns are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. In the case of an unwanted item, original postage will be refunded along with the item refund. If any method other than standard delivery was chosen at the time of purchase, the refund will only be for the cost of a standard delivery as per our costs.
