I'm happy to combine shipping. Streamline checkout makes it difficult for some to do this. It doesn't allow you to ask for invoice and takes you straight to paypal. If this is the case and you have hardcovers or go over the quantity of 10 books an additional invoice will be sent via paypal for the extra shipping charges associated with the promotion,(should there be any).
