Large laminated map ordered,wrong one (small) arrived by regular mail,poorly packaged in plastic bag,severely creased in half, unusable if wanted. Like others email was sent advising ‘error’ & correct order would follow. Right map arrived by courier properly packaged with minor creases. Despite requests for explanations my emails were dismissed as ‘error occurred’. Customer service appalling. Not recommended.
