I believe you did measure the cue incorrectly."Hi John,I do not sell a 7.3mm size ferrule!.Please can you return it so i can measure it with a micrometer to check its size.If i then find out that i did send you the wrong size i will refund you the return postage and then sent you the correct size.It will need to be returned before i can replace the ferrule or refund your order."Cheers, Gordon
