Steering wheel as described. The instructions are ... wanting, a bit convoluted and the imagery is a not very clear. e.g. The is a little asterisk next some of the parts on the picture, no indication what that tells you. I think a clear picture with the detailed instructions next to it is a better approach. Last step on the instructions were to " slide on the horn button cap ". Not as described in the instructions: I ended up putting cloth under the retaining ring to keep it elevated
