Para evitar problemas con el envío, yo descartaría el envío ordinario. Es lógico que alguien que no recibe lo que ha comprado, no tenga una valoración positiva.

Si usted no quiere envío ordinario por que no pagó un certificado que está dentro de las opciones, seguro que cientos de compradores agradecen pagar menos con envíos ordinarios como miles de productos que se venden en la web.

Culpar al cliente de haber elegido el envío ordinario, cuando no llega lo comprado está fuera de toda lógica. Culpe a Correos y no ofrezca el envío ordinario. El cliente está cubierto con la garantía de Ebay, usted no. Por tanto asume el riesgo conscientemente.

Después de 15 años de servicio el servicio es muy sencillo. Si el pedido no llega reintegramos al 100% sin responsabilizar al comprador. Lastima que compradores abusen de sus privilegios y mientan gratuitamente.
