They arrived boxed from factory, so in good condition. Easy to install, I kept hearing people talk about breaking the bolts, so I put some blue Loctite on them and snugged them pretty good, no broken bolts. The communication was great, wasn’t sure if they would fit. Seller got my VIN number and checked for me, he didn’t have to do that. These also have a 10 year mfg warranty. They look good too
