DROIT DE RETRACTATION / RETOUR

Droit de rétractation :

Conformément aux dispositions de l'article L 121-20 du code de la consommation, l'acheteur, consommateur particulier, dispose d'un délai de rétractation de 14 jours francs à compter de la livraison des produits lui permettant d'annuler sa commande et de retourner les produits à ses frais.

Retours :

Quelle qu'en soit la raison, les frais de port retour du colis demeurent à la charge de l'acheteur. Pour retourner un article, l'acheteur doit suivre les instructions suivantes :

LALOLYSHOP se réserve le droit de refuser tout retour mal emballé ou abîmé pendant le transport.

4.Joindre une copie de la facture ou du bon de livraison et mentionner sur ce document le N°de retour communiqué par LALOLYSHOP. Ce N° de retour devra également être mentionné sur l'emballage afin qu'il soit parfaitement visible au moment de la réception par LALOLYSHOP.
