Seller notes: “A stunning Antique Art Nouveau 15ct Gold Openwork Peridot set Pendant dating to c1905, which ... “A stunning Antique Art Nouveau 15ct Gold Openwork Peridot set Pendant dating to c1905, which although unsigned is very much in the style of Murrle Bennett & Co (please study the detailed close-up photographs, which form an integral part of the item's description).This wonderful Antique Pendant, which weighs 2.9 grams, has been beautifully crafted in finest 15ct Gold with an organic sinuous form that is so stylish. It is centrally set with a round faceted Peridot (diameter approx' 7.0mm) in a rubover setting within a Heart Shaped Openwork Design, which is in the Jugendstil taste. The Pendant is suspended below a Peridot set surmount suspended from a Gold Bale and it terminates with a Pear Shaped Peridot Drop to complete a Pendant that is just sublime. This finest quality Art Nouveau Pendant measures approx' 4.2cms long (including the bale) by approx' 2.3cms wide and it is marked '15ct' on the reverse confirming that it is made from solid 15ct Gold. Overall, it is in truly superb”
