Returned items has to be shipped back to us by tracked delivery, because if the item is not delivered to us, we can not make a refund.

Every return has to be be authorized. If you wish to return the item please contact us first for return details. If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging, well-packed (items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted) and with all tags attached within 30 days. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.

Electrical items are not returnable unless the professional service certificate that part is defective is sent to us (through email or messages). If the certificate is not provided, we will refund the money only for the part, but do not return the shipping cost.

Items listed for sale as 'defected' or ' not working' are not returnable.

Faulty parts will be replaced, but will be sent after the original part has been returned and checked by ourselves. If no replacement part is available a refund will be issued.

Wrongly purchased item will be accepted back however the postage will not be refunded and a 15% re-stocking charge will apply.

All our items are security marked before dispatch. Any return items received that do not carry our security branding will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.

It is the buyers duty to check the items thoroughly prior to signing for it. No return are accepted for listing if the item arrives damaged and the customer have NOT SIGNED AS DAMAGED for it on the courier delivery sheet. If your parcel is stopped in our customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our parts.
