    Tubes have a significantly larger internal volume than the typical crush-proof tubes. They will hold a significant amount of small items that one doesn't want to get wet, such as multiple thumb drives, powdered food items, disposable lighter, tinder, other fire-starting items. I've not tried it yet, but with the supplied cap, the tube looks to be submersible. I'm glad I purchases these tubes. They will compliment the more commonly available sized tubes I've purchased from other vendors.
