The whole experience was great! The parts were totally great. There were a few bits of plastic that I needed to pop out. Other than that the install was super easy!

It shows four items in a tray… but then it comes as those are two trays and if you have them all as I do I had to buy 2. In the description it just says they fit well and describes them (though missing 1 screw and no rack screws ) that it had all items to put together. It’s nice for two items it just doesn’t say anything that there is even 2 of them at all and that isn’t just 1 tray. Now to wait forever for another one to come, I might just write it off as annoying and just use the two tray.

I spoke to the customer and pointed out that the description says what is included: " This set includes the three sections that add up to one 3U(2 Stylophone) rack tray, including nuts and screws for connecting the sections together. It also includes the inserts for the Beatbox and the traditional Stylophone. No synthesizer or other mounting hardware is included. ". This addresses everything but the missing screw. He suggested I communicate better. I will try my best.
