    The seller must have discarded lithe original boxes because the cartridges were in a plastic container with brown wrapping tape stuck together. I am now wondering if this is truly HP new cartridges or just recycled ones filled with new ink? The price was fair but I expected the product to arrive as pictured on line. I haven’t used it yet, but I do expect purchases to come in their own packaging as observed on line.

    The ink cartridge is show in it's original packaging and shown as new but when it is delivered, it is not in the original box. It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. No communication whatsoever with multiple attempts.
