Hi. Tracking information shows GPS and photographic delivery confirmation. eBay have also confirmed delivery was successful. I see you opened up a case with eBay which I responded to within 12 hours. eBay have since confirmed delivery was successful and closed the case. I always respond to requests and follow eBay guidelines. I will not however, refund or replace items if a buyer is not willing to open a case via eBay and follow eBay procedures . Regards, Clair
