This particular item isn't very nice and I returned it, but it was initially shipped quickly and the return went smoothly. It's very unclear if this rating is for the item or the vendor. If for the item: It has a fairly wonky zipper, no inside pocket at all, no zippers on the outside pockets, and is made of completely non-breathing fabric and thus very uncomfortable to wear.
