As in there is no shine to it, it looks dull or even maybe tarnished. Shipping fee was VERY high for a 3oz part. I bought 2 of them and was charged 7$ PER item to ship, even though BOTH came in ONE tiny package. I asked for one of the shipping fees refunded since both 3oz parts were shipped in the SAME tiny package, seller does not respond. At all.
