      Sorry you felt it necessary to leave us a negative feedback for this transaction, I can see that you got in touch to say the gasket was incorrectly sized and we responded to say that following an investigation we concluded our suppliers had supplied us with some incorrect parts so we did not have any alternative to send you at that time. You returned the item and had a full refund. Unfortunately these things do happen from time to so I can only apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.
