This came pretty fast after the communication. Two days earlier than quoted. I'm in the U.S. and they made sure before shipping that I understood this was European style plug. I knew it was but it was still good that they checked before shipping from Hong Kong. I wanted this because it is 220v/2500W and I felt it would be more powerful than the one's made in the U.S. that run off 120v. It's definitely more powerful and so far I'm very happy with it. It pulls in the branches and doesn't jam up
