not true! rude,requested that we send him "correct" item right away, without him sending back the one he received..tried working with him, going that extra mile- nope, not happy with none of it, asked him repeatedly to say what we can do - to make it right, book collection..etc, anything at all that we can do- nope, apart from sending him another item.. On the ned told him to go trough eBay- Not wasting time talking to a brick wall/spoiled 2 year old brat.having a bad day? not taking it on us!
