The motor worked but wasn’t as quiet as the oem like was advertised. Also it had no sopping point in open or closed position which could have been the closed limit board . So the motor only worked about 15 try’s then burnt up. I just ended up replacing the whole opener with the new w571 model which operates so much smoother and faster.

buyer never contacted us... neevr said he had a problem, or and issue and never asked for help, after 20yrs of suppling this motor for the GTO Mighty Mule applications we have had zero issues from DIYers or from Gate technicians, I contacted buyer and he said "it ran at the wrong speed" From experience I can only guess the issue... but i did reach out to the buyer because this was a concern as we bench test every motor before it is shipped, He stated he was well qualified to do the install ?
