I bought one of these several years ago and operator error forced me to buy another. Pleasantly surprised when it arrived as it has been completely redesigned. I no longer have the fiddly task when inserting a new engraving bit. It can now be changed without removing it from the spindle. Congratulations to the engineers. It arrived within 8 days to the UK.
