i'd buy reo on ebay again in a heartbeat! the product was in great shape and likely worked ok. i say likely cause we could not get the cam video to stream. they did a great job with customer service and quickly got another nvr out to me. same problem though. they need to update their doc on how to port or change the security credentials for attached cams. once that's done, it can be "paired" to the new nvr.
