Morning and thank you for your positive review even though you didn't receive the item. It is the problem with offering free post, that we don't have tracking on letters. But equally we don't want to charge buyers the parcel prices for small items like this magnet. Bit of a catch-22. It's a shame in this instance that it was the very last one so we can't send you another. I'm wondering if some random person has it on their fridge right now?
