Acheteur de mauvaise foi. Il était indiqué clairement dans l'annonce "Envoi gratuit par lettre suivie" (sous la responsabilité de l'acheteur en cas de perte ou de vol) et "Payant en recommandé" (plus indiqué pour des bijoux de valeur, car avec garantie perte ou vol). Il a choisi et avec raison l'envoi en recommandé, ne voulant pas prendre l'entière responsabilité en cas de perte ou de vol du colis . Donc son évaluation est incompréhensible et illégitime :-)
