Within half an hour the item broke, I contacted the seller immediately and there has been no action to resolve the problem. In fact, the seller has accused me of ordering the incorrect size despite me already having one which was purchased in March. Thank you for selling me an item that is not fit for purpose.

appalling buyer, buyer sent me an image of there ring, and you can clearly see it is 2mm, my listing states order 3-4mm for a 2mm ring, the buyer did not, and ordered a 2mm clip, which clearly doesnt fit. buyer bought the wrong item and then tried to blame me. buyer also didnt use jeweller pliers to fit the item
