Returns accepted. Your satisfaction is important to me therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase I will refund the cost of the item excluding postage charges, if returned to me within 30 days of receipt. Please contact me before sending anything back. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item in the same condition it was sent and subject to inspection. If you decide to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to me at your own risk and cost, I cannot be responsible for returned items which are lost, damaged or stole in transit, therefore, I strongly recommend you use an insured and verified delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Buyer is responsible for any customs release charges if applicable. You must return the jewellery in all its original packaging and with its original authenticity card and you must not remove or tamper with the identification tag that is attached to the jewellery. By removing the tag you are accepting the item, which then becomes non-refundable. You must not have worn or altered the jewellery in any way.
 
Earrings will come sealed in a transparent plastic bag. Due to health and hygiene reasons they are non-returnable if the seal is broken.
 
Your right to cancel: Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract with me by informing me in writing that you wish to do so at any time during the period which commences on the day the contract comes into existence and ends on the expiry of fourteen days beginning on the day after you receive delivery of the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products within 7 days. You must return the products to me within 14 days, in an unused and re-saleable condition with all the original packaging, and at your own cost.
