Our customers always come back and know we stand behind our products with great customer service. We put up a prominent "backorder" message on Ebay with the future ship date; customer saw the message before placing the order, but placed order anyway; we then immediately messaged him again; told him it was a backorder with the date. Customer responded that waiting was not a problem. We don't understand why the negative feedback if we spoke to the customer about this and he said it was fine.
