RETURNING DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR FAULTY ITEMS:
Our quality team do check your item(s) to ensure it is up to KK Pearl Decor high standards before we dispatch it to you , damage is rare. However, if an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. Please send us photos of the damage or any other issues to help us in our resolution process.
 
Our team will assess your complaint and inform you as to how to return the item(s) to us and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair or order you a replacement.
