Actually closer to a U.S. small size with a circumference slightly over 21 inches, U.S. large is 22 7⁄8 - 23 1⁄2 inches, perhaps Romanians have smaller heads. Arrived in decent time and condition and quality is good, but useless to me due to the misleading description.
