While seller stated "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging". I received a product which had been opened, removed from the box and the individual pieces were literally "tossed" back in the box " and the box was then tape shut. There was no attempt to even make it look "new, unused and unopened".
