    Faucet has continuous drip and never shuts completely off. Contacted seller with photos and was told I could ship it back and buy another one from them but I would have to go without a faucet during the return. Deal with shipping it back having to purchase another one and hoping that it doesn't leak not to mention it wasn't an easy install and I don't want to do it twice. I'd recommend buying from Home Depot so you get the warranty Moen will send replacement parts if bought from Home Depot..

    ALL MOEN PRODUCTS HAVE 100% WARRANTY. WE ARE WILLING TO COVER THE REPLACEMENT WITH A BRAND NEW ITEM AT NO COST TO THE BUYER (FREE SHIPPING)! I TOLD BUYER WE WILL ACCEPT THE RETURN WITH A 100% CREDIT. BUYER WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT WE HAVE 10 MORE IN STOCK (FROM Home Depot) WE CAN SEND REPLACEMENT OUT SAME DAY WE SPOKE. I AM NOT SURE WHY THIS BUYER IS MAKING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AS I DID TELL BUYER I WOULD SEND OUT A NEW FAUCET RIGHT AWAY. IT IS OBVIOUS THE FAUCET WAS DEFECTIVE FROM THE MANUFACTURE.
