•Items will be sent via our Next working Day courier service, unless stated otherwise on the listing postage details.
•All 24hr deliveries require a signature upon delivery at the supplied address ONLY.
•If a signature is gained at time of delivery, you are confirming you have received the goods in a good order.
•If damage can be seen on the parcel, please sign as “unchecked” (This will enable a courier insurance claim to be raised for any damage).
•If items cannot be delivered to the supplied address, there will be a delay in you receiving your item.
•Please consider before purchase, that the Next Day Service is not guaranteed.
•When an item on the 24hr service has been dispatched, we are unable to control the exact delivery date, however the service IS a next day.
•Tracking numbers can be supplied upon request, once the item has been dispatched.
•If an item is returned to us due to our couriers not gaining signature or contact, there may be extra courier handling charges to pay before we can resend your item(s).
•Signed deliveries will have TWO delivery attempts and then held in a depot for 5 days, before returning to sender.
•It is the buyer's responsibility to supply all correct information at time of purchase.
