By all rights, I should return the in (excellent condition ) jacket since there were so many stains. The seller also charged double the cost to ship the stained jacket and never even offered a minute refund, which I would have more respect for. In the end, the color was what I wanted and I will keep trying to remove the stains. I wouldn't buy from this seller again. D(minus.

First off, you showed me two very small stains that I didn't see on it and now you say "so many" in this message. Refund in full was no problem at all just as I told you to do and you started. Second off, I don't set the shipping prices on anything as that is USPS and the invoices are automated on any accepted "offer" just like your item was and they cannot be revised once the offer is accepted. I am 100% willing to help ALL of my customers if they run into any issue with their item.
