Prompt delivery. Very pleased with the brand new condition of the alligator tool when it arrived. Couldn't use it for a week because it rained but when used I was able to cut off a thick branch with ease. It takes a little time to get use to the weight and using both hands simultaneously to operate the tool. Apart from that, no problem.
