Seller canceled order and refunded because he said the shipping amount was wrong. Then relisted for higher amount without even asking if I still wanted the painting. Disappointed.

Well congratulations you are the FIRST negative I have received in 10 years, so I hope you feel like this is an accomplishment for you. Second, lets set the record straight: Shipping was wrong, when I cancelled the transaction, this was mentioned. Also, that is a lie that the price is higher. The price is the SAME. The shipping is higher because it is corrected. If you still wanted the painting, you could have contacted me and we could have worked something out.
