Instruction were enclosed, not sure why you could not get them off the backing sheet, maybe should have contact us, did you leave them too long in the freezer?

Had another person, buy the same set of images, and they had no problem releasing them from backing sheet, and left positive feedback, did you leave them too long in the freezer? or did you put the whole sheet in at once, when I state to cut them up? Not many suppliers do this size icing cupcakes?
