Firstly item was supposed to be in Nottingham for collection but they had moved to London.
Item purchased and paid for immediately, and then received message saying item had been damaged and not fit for sale. We accepted "excuse" and expected refund. 5 days later no refund and had to chase it up via ebay and had to insigate a case.
