Continued from other review and response.
Seller didn’t even generate a return label until after my query of if they received the return through paying myself, denying they received it. Some people might not pay for tracking, (thankfully I did) so very untrustworthy sellers. Product wasn’t working. They sent me their return address before they even updated the package was sent. So how could I use the return label? Poor quality item and poor communication. No excuses.

Buyer opened the returns on the 20th of April and we immediately made labels available. If we hadn't of done then eBay would have forced us to do this by no later than 5 days (25th of April) after the return request was opened. I'm not sure if the buyer was unaware that the labels had been made available but an email will have been sent to provide instructions on how to download them. This is standard process however we will re-evaluate this procedure based on the customers feedback.
