Shipped from over seas in a non padded plastic bag. Arrived damaged poking through the bag shockingly. I took pictures and reached out. They responded with we can’t see the damage break it more and we will do something. I’m a safety guy at work I’m not going to go breaking a “hss” tool intentionally. Don’t bother with them tried to sharpen it to clean the damage and it won’t hold a good edge
