Hi - this feedback complaint is because the buyer had to pay import costs levied by the Netherlands government because he imported goods. He said we don't inform people of this, however all of our listings do clearly note that duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. This is also the normal eBay rule. This is unfair feedback.
