This item has a flaw that stops the glass safety screen from fitting correctly. I contacted Simon at Valuliving but he has been most dismissive, merely referring me to manufactures data. He pestered me for a positive feedback which obliviously he won't be receiving. I would advise you to seek out a more reputable seller as I had to have a tradesman round to fix at my own expense. AVOID

had for 6 weeks then came into us saying they were not 100% happy with the material used to build the firepit and the quality of the glass. I explained we are not the manufacturer and we cannot comment on the materials used other then what information we get from Teamson. So next it was well i have not left feedback yet what resolution can we offer (i.e money) we explained that after 30 days they need to go to teamson and here we are, neg feedback on our account.
