    Same as the other purchase. Package advertised as new. Package was retaped. Bulb was out. Had to replace. Seller told me i would have to contact Manufacturer for satisfaction. Should have filed an eBay A to Z Satisfaction claim. The claim process takes so long. I'll just take the loss and not buy from anyone who doesn't accept returns.
