There was a technical problem with the new disc of the David Bowie film, but this was easily resolved. There was a long delay by eBay itself, though, who held onto the partial refund for well over a week after the transfer issued. Another shipment from my other order went missing after a Customs delay. In both cases the problems were with other services (i.e. eBay, and the Australian govt or RR Donnelly) rather than Importcds-au, whom I’ve bought from many times without problems until now.
