After waiting 10 days for the monitor and finding that it had not been shipped (no tracking number), I wrote and complained. The seller apologized for not shipping it and he said it was broken before he had shipped it. He also refunded price quickly after my complaint.

Again, my deepest apologies regarding this item. As we communicated, the item broke prior to shipment. As such, I did refund the purchase price immediately. However, in all honesty, I should have communicated the situation to you more quickly. Again my apologies.
